Although some of our facilities are in lock-down, we are continuing to take new orders, process and ship custom-made products and to ship in-stock items from our warehouse. Please keep in mind the following when placing your order:

• There may be delays in shipping, both on our end as well as locally. Please check with your local post and couriers to see if there are any disruptions in service in your area.
• Courier shipping (usually via DHL) seems to be more stable than airmail at the moment, so best to choose this option when possible. All courier shipments are sent with a tracking number for security. Many local couriers have taken to leaving packages without signature by default to avoid unnecessary contact. Keep this in mind when expecting packages. UPDATE: Airmail packages now have an additional surcharge during this period, so courier shipping is an even better option now.
