Shipping Costs and Time

We offer items to be shipped either via regular mail (NZ Post) or via express (DHL express). Regular mail is $12 and expected shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Express is $15 and expected shipping time is 3-6 days. 

Although shipping costs are included, any local customs or import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please consult your local customs office to determine what import fees might apply, if any. If customs, for any reason, holds your item and does not released it we can either remake your item for free or refund it minus our shipping cost. 

Custom-Made Props

Magnoli Props is dedicated to maintaining total customer satisfaction to the maximum possible standards. Should there be an inadvertent error made on our part, we will do all the necessary adjustments and/or replacements and reship the order to the client, totally free of charge. If the client has inadvertantly sent us incorrect information, we may be able to correct the item(s), but this is not guaranteed. In any case, shipping back to us is the responsibility of the customer, while return shipping will be covered by us.

Returns & Exchanges

No custom-made prop purchased from Magnoli Props may be returned for any reason other than error on the part of Magnoli Props. Since these items are entirely made-to-order, we cannot resell them to other customers, so please be certain of your order before sending payment. If your item is lost/stolen in transit please contact us and your order will be remade for you. 

All other items can be returned if the customer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase within 1 month of receiving the product. All returns must be organized via e-mail before sending back. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, a full refund will be rewarded less shipping charges and any bank or transactional fees.

Orders Made By Mistake

Please note that any orders made by mistake (whether a duplicate order, incorrectly purchased item or an item that does not ship to your country as indicated on our website) is the responsibility of the customer. These orders can be cancelled for a refund before the order is processed. In this case, a refund will be issued, less any bank or transactional fees (which could be up to 5% of the total order cost.
