Its a perfect piece to add for any lotr fan and worth the price tag. The only thing that I don’t like the leather cover. It doesn’t look that aged and you have hold it with one hand while you turn pages with the other.
The full written book is an absolute masterpiece. You can already see the content on YouTube but it looks even better in person. Absolutely tremendous quality. The hand-writing changes depending on whom (Bilbo, Frodo, Sam) is canonically writing in the book, and lots of little touches of love in the design. I was a little skeptical until it arrived but was awestruck from there on.

This book is incredible. The craftsmanship and detail is extraordinary and absolutely beautiful. I love the fact that Bilbo, Frodo, and Sam all have their own writing styles. I could go on and on about how the amazing drawings and maps. If you are a die hard LOTR fan, this book is a must have.

A gorgeous piece from the beautiful binding to the perfectly replicated and imaginative handwriting and drawings - not to mention the text itself (what a nice interpretation of how Bilbo describes his coming by the ring). A truly magnificent work.

How can I begin to describe this wonderful book? It's as if someone reached into Middle Earth and pulled out the real thing. This is not a replica prop. This is a TREASURE. I cannot possibly say how happy I am with this purchase, which even arrived ahead of schedule. Fantastic.
